YES, it's official ... the 'Dog-Eared Pages' Bookstore, located at 16428 N. 16th Street, in Phoenix, AZ hosted a book signing of 'Up Close and Impersonal - a Novel' on Saturday, July 2, 2011. Author Richard J. Gilchrist met with attendees personally and autographed copies of his novel. This signing was even better than the previous one in February. Those of you that previously purchased and preread the novel were invited to stop by and chat about your favorite characters. Thank you everyone for making this another exciting experience!

During the 2010 Annual Fall Outdoor Bazaar, hosted by the 'Scottsdale Insurance Company' at 8877 N. Gainey Center Drive, Scottsdale, AZ on November 16, 2010 ... 'Up Close and Impersonal - a Novel' Richard's novel, was showcased and offered for sale. Several attendees purchased autographed copies, and some even insisted on having their photographs taken with the author!

'BookExpo America' ... While +250,000 special event guests enjoyed the best of New York City, NY, May 25 thru May 27, 2010 the public debut of, Up Close and Impersonal a Novel, by Richard J. Gilchrist took place. Listing #777 in the BookExpo America catalogue was an event winner! The novel was center display in the New Title Showcase of Combined Book Exhibit/iUniverse, located at the main entrance to the event. We hope everyone enjoyed their visit while browsing through the thriller.
'2010 AARP National Event & Expo' ... the suspenseful thriller, Up Close and Impersonal a Novel, by Richard J. Gilchrist took center stage in the Author Solutions AARP Book Gallery this October during the action packed event. This year the Expo drew a crowd of +35K attendees to the popular Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL. Attendees found Richard's novel by title and author information in the comprehensive Book Gallery catalog. After browsing the novel, several special guests purchased an autographed copy!
